  • You US employer must offer you a full-time, permanent position;

  • You must meet the minimum job requirements;

  • Your employer must be able to pay you the salary they offer;

  • You must have an advanced degree (beyond a bachelor's degree), or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive experience.

How Do I Qualify?

Our Approach

We take a personalized approach to preparing EB-2 visa applications. We get to know you and your employer, which allows us to develop a strong and unique application that stands out from the crowd. We guide you through the labor certification process, prepare the application papers for you, and prepare you for the interview with the embassy or USCIS. This ensures there is no delay in your arrival to the US and beginning your new job.
