About the EB-1C Green Card
The EB-1C green card is designed specifically for multinational executives and managers who have worked abroad for at least one of the past three years and who are being transferred to a U.S. company in a qualifying managerial or executive role. Unlike many employment-based green cards, the EB-1C does not require labor certification, making it a faster and more streamlined option for eligible candidates.
How Do I Qualify?
Our approach to preparing EB-1C applications is extremely comprehensive. Many EB-1C denials can be avoided if the attorney takes the time to review every aspect of the application. We have developed a comprehensive understanding of common issues with EB-1Cs, and take a detail-oriented approach to preparing your case and avoiding the inconsistencies and mistakes that can result in a denial from the US embassy or USCIS. We take the time to get to know you and your company to ensure your application is unique to your situation, which greatly increases your chances of approval.
